I'M sick of other people using my financial facilities.
I reported a few months back that I'd paid for someone else's £37 shopping bill in Wigan Morrisons while I was at my desk. How could I? I got that back after a six-week wait!
On June 4, another transaction I know nothing about mysteriously appeared on my Visa - a £15 debit stated to be a regular payment to a company I've never heard of - Beagle T Drive - whatever that is.
Livid, I tried to get through to my bank's customer services. After being played tunes at, I detailed my complaint and was told to ring the disputes department myself because she couldn't get through. Neither could I.
Eventually, after another long wait, I was told they'd send a form for me to fill in, sign and return. I did and I'm still waiting to be recompensed.
This sort of thing is happening too often and it can't only be to me.
What I want to know is why it takes so long to be believed.
