A DARWEN school has been vandalised - the third since the term holidays began.
St James's Primary School had eight windows smashed with house bricks.
It follows damage to windows at Avondale County Primary and Darwen Vale High School.
After those incidents, police sergeant Andrea Bradbury appealed for parents to keep a track on their children, and criticised the amount of money schools were forced to spend after summer vandalism.
In June, the head teacher of Avondale, Geoff Tennant, sent out hundreds of letters after constant vandalism, warning parents that if their children were caught they would have to foot the bill.
However, the vandalism continues, just three weeks into the summer holidays.
Sgt Bradbury has appealed for anyone with information about the latest attack to contact the police on 01254 701777.
