A HUNDRED years of Whitaker Park in Rawtenstall are celebrated in a new exhibition at Rossendale Museum.
The display, in the upstairs gallery, features many photographs of the park through the years and shows how it has developed.
There are also items of memorabilia, including plaques which were originally on five oak trees which were planted to commemorate the coronation of King Edward VII.
Bowling trophies are also on show along with an address presented to Richard Whitaker when he was made a freeman of Rawtenstall in August 1901.
Curator Sandra Cruise said the exhibition is also brought right up to date with a centenary plate decorated specially by Elizabeth Crabtree of Rawtenstall.
The exhibition is on until September 9.
