By Teri Jones A FOUR-year-old boy became the youngest baker on the block at Waterfields this week.
Anthony Davies's dreams became reality when he spent the day at the Leigh bakery.
The youngster was filmed at the Crompton Fold bakery, off Manchester Road, as part of a new documentary series called When I Grow Up, in which children are given the chance to act out their dream job of the future.
Anthony's dad, Lee, said: "Anthony is very out-going, he is always singing in public. He loved the day but took it in his stride."
The programme, made by Turn On TV, is due to be broadcast on Channel 5 in February. LEADING ROLE: Anthony Davies at Waterfields bakery1
