POLICE said a 10-year-old boy needed hospital treatment for minor injuries after he walked out of a shop and into the path of a car at 12.40pm yesterday.
Adam Stansfield, of Lower West Avenue, Barnoldswick, was taken to Airedale General Hospital, Keighley, but was allowed home after treatment.
The Nissan 100NX was driven by Brian Findlay, 40, of Southsea, Portsmouth, he was not injured.
