VISITORS from Whitworth's twin-town of Kandel toured the town hall in Rawtenstall.
The Mayor and Mayoress of Rossendale, Coun Jimmy Grogan and his wife Lois, welcomed the visitors to the council offices, showed them round the council chamber and gave them a talk on the regalia belonging to the mayoralty.
Coun Grogan is also chairman of the Whitworth town twinning committee.
