YOUR correspondent Realist (Yours Truly, Aug 2) supports the National Front and others in seeking to plan for voluntary repatriation of immigrants.
Would they remove people of immigrant parents, who were born and brought up here, or would they restrict repatriation to people who came from abroad, so splitting up families?
If this country followed such a policy, and others decided to copy it, would all the British people happily settled in Spain and elsewhere thank us for setting an example which got them expelled?
If you want to see the nature of the National Front, you only have to look at the contempt with which they refer to "non-indigenous people", changing the goal posts sometimes, adding not a little dash of hooliganism, and then claiming their dictatorial plans as a "solution".
JEFF LEWIS.
