START the day the Kellogg's way and you'll be ready to tackle anything.
That's the message behind this year's Kellogg's National Breakfast Week which runs from September 3 to 9.
The Saints and Castleford Tigers rugby teams know the importance of a cereal breakfast in boosting mental and physical performance for the match ahead. All Kellogg's cereals are low in fat and are fortified with vitamins and minerals and are one of the easiest ways of boosting iron intake to prevent tiredness and improve concentration. When served with milk, a bowl of Kellogg's cereal provides an excellent source of calcium to build strong bones, e.g. a 30g bowl of Frosties with milk provides 36 per cent of a child's recommended daily intake of calcium.
To celebrate Kellogg's National Breakfast Week, we have five pairs of VIP tickets for the Saints v Castleford Tigers match at Knowsley Road, St Helens, on Friday, August 31. This includes a three-course meal for two, plus pre and post match entertainment.
Five runners-up can cheer on their team with runners- up prizes of an inflatable Kellogg's armchair and a portable CD player.
Plus Kellogg's and Safeway have teamed up to offer five third place prizes of £10 Safeway vouchers.
