SOCCER supremo look-a-like and Journal photographer Colin Lyne has teamed up with Sir Alex Ferguson and England captain David Beckham . . . well their doubles, at least.
England manager Sven Goran Eriksson double Colin has been in the limelight with TV appearances because of his similarity to Sven.
And last night he was on TV in a show hosted by presenter Des O'Connor called Stars and their Doubles.
Colin's likeness to the current England football manager earned him stardom when he signed with a look-a-like agency to capitalise on his uncanny likeness to the Swede. Last weekend he was in London at the Sky studio for the filming of the Sky Sports promotional clip for the England v Germany international which will be screened from Sunday onwards.
Colin had a fright on the underground when a security alert at Waterloo meant his train had to continue to the next stop and he arrived at the studio in the nick of time after hauling a taxi driver out of a chippy.
Not long afterwards he was dodging Charlie Chaplin's walking-stick and crooning with Tom Jones!
