SHAKERS boss Andy Preece was less than happy as his side let a lead slip against the West London Hoops.
Bury opened in style, scoring after four minutes, before hitting the bar and missing a good chance inside the first 10 minutes.
It was 21-year-old Michael Nelson who scored the goal, his third in four appearances, but it was skipper Paul Reid who should have sealed the issue for the Shakers in the early minutes.
An equalising penalty and second half strike direct from a free-kick left Bury boss Andy Preece fuming.
"I don't like going on about refs, but he made critical decisions which cost us the game," blasted Preece.
"We should have had two penalties, while their guy was offside for their penalty, and what the free-kick was for, from which they scored from, heaven knows.
"Having said that, we didn't play well, but had enough chances to have won the game in the first 10 minutes.
"They didn't have a shot at goal other than the penalty and free kick."
RESULT: Bury...1 QPR...2
