THE Brock Valley Cycle and Rickshaw Ride, in support of Christian Aid, will be held on Saturday September 15, starting at 11am from Myerscough College car park.
The money raised will go to the Focus Project to provide safe drinking water for Bangladesh.
Sponsor sheets are available from the churches in Brock Valley or contact Stuart Murray, 10 Grindlestone Court, Whittingham, Preston, telephone 01772 865788.
There is a 20 mile route covering 11 churches in the Brock Valley, or a 25 mile route covering all the churches, with drinking stations along the route.
Lunch will be at Inglewhite Congregational Church (riders need to bring their own packed lunch).
At Inglewhite there will be a Christian Aid Bangladesh exhibition. All those who do not complete the course by 4pm will be picked up by the stewards van.
