DENIS Underwood has denied that he is set to step down as manager of Great Harwood.
Underwood's side fought a relegation battle in NWCL Division One last season and he took on a new number two, John Hughes, in the summer.
It was rumoured that Hughes and Underwood were to swap places.
"I have never thought about it," he said. "I have brought John in as a coach so that I can concentrate on being the manager."
