SMOKERS wanting to kick the habit can get a helping hand if they go along to Boots in Radcliffe.
It has launched a new initiative called Pro-Change designed to make giving-up a whole lot easier.
The computer program assesses a smoker's addiction and tailors a confidential health programme to suit their need.
Users are also offered a self-help manual and support from trained healthcare professionals. Pro-Change is a joint initiative between Bury and Rochdale Smoking Cessation Service and Boots the Chemists. It is available free from Boots on Blackburn Street, Radcliffe, The Mall in Bury and Woodfields Retail Park.
