A WELL off property developer was devastated when he moved into his new £3m dream home.
The previous owners had taken the toilet roll holders, towel rails and light fittings, among other things.
Now he's suing them for more than £100,000 to bring the house back to the condition in which he viewed it.
His figures for replacement items include £465 for three toilet roll holders, £2,555 for two towel rails, £320 for two soap dishes, brass handles for dressing room cupboards and doors £3.386, and terracotta pots and plants for the garden £5,800.
Where does he shop?
