POLICE are appealing for witnesses to an incident outside Marleys Wine Bar, in Belgrave Road, Darwen.
Two men aged 28 and 23 were seriously assaulted on Saturday night between 11.30 and midnight by two other men.
One victim suffered serious head injuries and is said to be in a stable condition in hospital.
