A FUN Day in aid of a four-year-old Blackburn girl's trip to Disneyland is being held on Saturday.
Alex Cumberland suffers from a rare genetic disorder, which means she has severe learning difficulties.
Her illness, known as Cossin Firif syndrome, is so rare that only 12 children in the country have it.
The fund-raising event, to be held at Roe Lee Park School, in Emerald Avenue, will be held between 11am and 4pm.
Attractions include a 20ft slide, bouncy castle, face painting and lots of stalls. Entrance to the event is by donation.
As well as going to Disneyland, Alex and her family will be attending a conference and seeing the doctor who diagnosed the disease.
