A PLAN to burn meat from slaughtered cattle at an Accrington brick factory were set to be rejected after fears that there wouldn't be enough demand for the service.
Marshalls Clay Products had been approached by the Ministry of Agriculture about the possibility of adapting kilns to incinerate cattle being culled to wipe out BSE.
