A 51-year-old man convicted of indecent exposure by magistrates has cleared his name.
Stephen Roult had his appeal against conviction and sentence allowed at Burnley Crown Court by Judge Raymond Bennett who bound him over in the sum of £50 for 12 months.
Roult, of East View, Newchurch, had the £250 fine earlier imposed by the justices quashed.
He had denied the allegation but was found guilty after a trial by Burnley magistrates.
