ON behalf of Blackburn People's Choir may I thank all who helped to make Blackburn's Fiesta parade such a spectacular success?
We should particularly mention Action Factor, who produced such fantastic floats and costumes. Thanks also to the stewards and organisers, to Gilbraith's drivers and to the councilBlackburn with Darwen Borough Council.
