BURNLEY Community Alliance are planning another fun day after the success of a similar event in Burnley Wood on Sunday.
The alliance secured £2 million in funding from the Government's Single Regeneration Budget and is organising the days to consult residents about services in their areas and improvements they would like to see.
The day will be held in the grounds of Rose Grove County Infant School, Owen Street on Saturday September 29.
At Burnley Wood on Sunday, a marquee was erected on recreation ground opposite the One-Stop Shop. Entertainment including a Samba band, magic show, live music and free head massages kept the crowds entertained.
Anne Brade-Smith, secretary of Burnley Wood Community Group said: "It was a great day with entertainment for all ages.
"Everything was free and you get to find out what's happening in the area and have your say in the future."
