Clayton-le-Moors' very own annual rock festival brought hundreds of listeners out in to the sun for Lark in the Park 2001.
The concert held on Saturday in Mercer Park was a huge success with local groups and DJs keeping the crowds entertained for just over seven hours when the weather finally broke and the rain began to pour.
But even the change in weather failed to dampen anyone's spirits as the Friends of Mercer Park, who organised the event, began preparations for next year's concert.
The event also featured the grand unveiling of the new bowling shelter which was finished last week and officially opened by the deputy mayor of Hyndburn Councillor Derek Scholes.
