THE new-look Nico's ristorante in Langho is offering Mediterranean food and the beer with a genuine Lancashire flavour.
Nico Ricioppo used to run his restaurant at the rear of the former Spring Mill public house and has now taken over the whole building.
Nico, who has been serving the culinary needs of East Lancashire for more than 10 years, said: "My wife, Shirley, designed the interiorbased on an Italian theme.
"Shirley's mum Christine Garbett runs the restaurant in the daytime and sister Joanne Bould makes wonderful Italian style pastries."
Nico's has linked with Thwaites and Nico said: "It's great to be involved with a local brewery and we have already found Thwaites very helpful."
Thwaites' sales manager Dave James said: "The transformation at Nico's is genuinely impressive, the place has been completely turned around."
