BIKERS are revving up for Europe's biggest town centre motorbike show, which will see more than 35,000 people flock to Rawtenstall on September 23.
There are five ride-ins for bikers to choose from: a Heritage ride from Britannia to the East Lancashire Railway with the vintage motorcycle club, Hartshead Moor off the M62, Rivington Barn near Chorley, Devil's Bridge at Kirkby Lonsdale and Squire's Cafe in Sherburn in Elmut.
The ride-ins will converge on Winfields car park in Haslingden before departing at 11.30am in a long snake bound for Rawtenstall to mark the start of the event.
Show chairman Tony Winder is very much hoping that there will be no repeat of last year's atrocious weather which soaked stalls but did not stop some thousands of people pouring into the town for the event.
The 'wall of fear' will once again be a popular attraction along with a bungee catapult, live music and a trials riding competition.
On Asda's car park mini-moto racing will once again be in demand and there will also be a heritage display at the the East Lancashire Railway.
This year the Ink Fest tattoo festival will be held at the Astoria on Saturday and Sunday, butwill be strictly adults only.
Attractions include an airbrush artist and live band and a fetish and fashion show.
