PRESTON North End fans, who are driven with enthusiasm for their favourite team, will get the chance to own their dream car-- registration D900 PNE.
St Catherine's Hospice have been donated this car, which is taxed until November but the MOT runs out today (Thursday September 6) by Mr O'Donnell.
The highest bid over £250 received by first post by Monday, October 1, will scoop the 1987 Peugeot 309 and the must have number plate.
John Nickson, Appeals Manager for St Catherine's, said: "Mr O'Donnell is from York but he used to work in Preston and we he saw the car he thought about PNE fans.
"The car is definitely a runner and would think that it is worth about £250 without the number plate."
He added: "We are very grateful to this man for his kindness and generosity and hope that the car attracts a generous bidder for the sake of the hospice. Bidders should send their offers to John Nickson, Lostock Lane, Lostock Hall, Preston, PR5 5XU.
