HOT on the heels of their successful anniversary production When Did You Last See Your Trousers?, members of Colne Dramatic Society are back in rehearsals for the first production of their main season.
The choice for this is the comedy Elsie and Norm's Macbeth by John Christopher-Wood with Marilyn Crowther and Andrew Greenwood in the lead roles.
In response to public demand and advance interest, the society have decided to put on a special preview performance of the play on Saturday, September 29 at 7.30pm at the Little Theatre, in advance of the production's original dates from October 1-6.
Postal bookings open on Monday and cheques should be sent to 102 Knotts Lane, Colne, BB8 8AE. Bookings can also be made by calling the theatre answerphone on 01282 861424 on Monday, September 17 or visiting the society booking desk at Colne Library on Saturday and Sunday, September 22 and 29, between 11am and 1pm.
