MATT Raywood scored twice for Great Harwood to secure the first win of the season for the NWCL Division One side.
Graham Lightbowne had given Denis Underwood's side the lead, he fired home from about 15 yards out to give Harwood the half time advantage.
James Coonan capitalised on amix-up in the Flixton defence, the ball richoted to Matt Raywood who found the back of the net for 2-0.
Ten minutes later Flixton forced a succession of corners and made one count to get them back into it.
But once again Flixton's defence were caught napping and Raywood was on target to give Harwood a deserved three points.
