HELP! Merseyside Transport please help to get our bus route 37/38 back in service for the people of Bleak Hill and Eccleston, or better still our old route 194/195 to hospitals.
Many using these routes are elderly and infirm, with no other form of transport and have problems walking to other bus stops. It was bad enough when the 37/38 only went to and from St Helens town centre to Prescot. If we needed to visit St Helens or Whiston Hospital for an appointment another bus had to be taken to get there causing people to be late for appointment times.
This has also happened on other bus routes, which affects people going to work. It means they have to spend more time on their journey and pay double the fair.
