BELLWAY Homes has continued to strengthen its construction team with the appointment of two new site managers at its Willow Park development in Bury.
John Clifford and Jason Garside are at the helm of the construction programme which is taking place in the town's Willow Street.
A joiner by trade, 52-year-old John has more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry, 20 of them as site manager on various projects including housing association developments. Jason (27), is originally from Bury's East ward and previously lived opposite Bellway's new Willow Park development.
He joins Bellway with eight years of experience in the construction industry, seven of them as a quantity surveyor.
Although Jason now lives half a mile up the road, he still has strong links with the local community where he is now working.
Bellway construction director Lincoln Ahern said: "Willow Park is an important project driven forward by the East Ward Regeneration Partnership, Bellway, Irwell Valley Housing Association and the Housing Corporation and we are delighted that we have been able to place such a well-suited team on it."
As Willow Park site managers, John and Jason will co-ordinate all construction team activities and work with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure that building meets the high standards expected by the housebuilder.
Bellway is constructing 41 properties on the development which are for sale.Prices start from £45,750 for a two-bedroom home and rise to £60,950 for a three-bedroom property.
