THE work of more than 80 members of Pendle Artists is featured in a new exhibition which is opening at Rossendale Museum today.
Museum curator Sandra Cruisem said: "The exhibition features flower pictures, paintings on silk, batik painting, landscapes of the Lake District and still life. We also have some modern works which are more stylised and expressionist of musicians and a cafe.
"There are also some interesting smtatues which depict an angel, Merlin and a fairy and the artist has written details of where she gained her inspiration."
The exhibition will run until October 14.
