THREE long-time students at the Chippendale School of Dance, Colne, are leaving to go to university or theatre school.
They all took the highest exam possible, Advanced Level Two, in tap dancing of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing, gaining honours with high marks.
Natalie Gumede, 17, is going to the Italia Conti Theatre School, London.
Catherine O'Connell, 18, is going to Durham University to study further maths and Cassandra Tunbridge, also 18, will attend Hull University to study Spanish and business management.
Catherine also passed her advanced two examination in modern jazz with the same society.
