FIVE teams took part in a fancy dress treasure hunt organised by Peel Lions at Ramsbottom.
Teams set off from the Waggon and Horses at Hawkshaw and called in at several other local pubs in their search for clues.
The team which raised the most money were the Men at Work -- women dressed as Bob the Builder -- from the Grey Mare at Ramsbottom. The fancy dress winners were the Wizards of Oz from the Waggon and Horses.
Peel Lions activities chairman Roy Crowther said: "We had a brilliant day and raised about £800."
Half goes to the Lions charity fund which supports local causes and half to the nominated charities of the competing teams.
