AN exhibition of the history of essential public services in the town is attracting interest at Barnoldswick library.
The display is mainly of old photographs with some artifacts.
Branch librarian Karen Hill said: "Local people are interested because it shows their relatives in days gone by.
"We are also getting people in who live out of the town but have Barnoldswick connections."
The exhibition charts the history of public services including the police, fire brigade and post office. It runs until November 24.
