A CHARITY wants East Lancashire women who survived breast cancer to help them spread a message of hope.
The Cancer Research Campaign will set up its Wall of Hope in Blackburn and Colne town centres in October.
The wall has the pictures of hundreds of women who have beaten breast cancer, each accompanied by a written message.
Now the charity needs survivors from East Lancashire to come forward and bring their photos to put on the wall.
Campaign organiser Shirley McNally said the survival rate for breast cancer was 74 percent and that the wall was all about spreading this message.
The wall will be at St. George's Shopping Centre, Blackburn, between October 4 and 6, and at Asda, Corporation Street, Colne, on October 28.
