A MAN who had been thrown out of the Rendezvous nightclub in Whalley was arrested as he tried to get back in.
Jodey Paul Palmer, 25, of Moor Lane, Clitheroe, was bound over in the sum of £75 to keep the peace for six months by Blackburn magistrates after admitting a breach of the peace.
Roger Pickles, defending, said Palmer felt somewhat aggrieved by the events of the night.
He had gone to the club wearing trainers and had been refused admission.
He went home and changed into a pair of shoes, returned and was allowed in.
"He was talking to a girl at the bar when the doorman who had originally refused him entry saw him and promptly threw him out," said Mr Pickles. "He was not prepared to listen to my client."
