AS part of a study into employment and unemployment in the North West, I am gathering information from ex-workers and current workers of companies which have made people redundant on a large scale.
Anyone who has worked, or is still working for, Leoni Wiring Systems (formerly Rists) in East Lancashire, is invited to submit comments on their treatment and an update of their situation.
All information will be treated in strict confidence and none of the details provided will be divulged to any authority or third party whatsoever.
An overview of the gathered facts and comments will be submitted within a week or so of their collection to this newspaper.
A questionnaire can be found on Internet page http//rain.prohosting.com/leoni (Accrington and Blackburn libraries and BBC Radio Lancashire in Darwen Street, Blackburn, have free Internet access facilities), or I can be contacted by e-mail at carolegrimshaw@lineone.net
