PROPERTY developers Charles Topham has unveiled the latest phase of the Deakins Business Park which is located in the picturesque setting of Egerton.
A former cotton mill complex is being redeveloped to create high-quality office accommodation that is ideal for new and growing small businesses.
The latest phase of the miulti-million-pound refurbishment has opened up a total of 39,000 sqquare feet of office space, with suites availablr of 2,500 square feet.
Charles Topham has now received planning consent for the next phase of the redevelopment which will involve a further 51,000 square feet of property.
Andrew Frazer, of letting agents Storey Sons and Parker, said the Deakins Business Park was located in a mature woodland setting just outside Egerton.
"Charles Topham should be congratulated on their efforts at Deakins Business Park," he said. "The enthusiasm and the capital investment into the scheme have been well rewarded and any office-based oprganisations looking for new accomodation could do no better that look at the park. Occupiers already include internet-based organisations and telemarketing. The quality of life offered in the north side of Bolton is hard to beat and I am sure there will be a number of business leaders looking at the possibility of relocating to such a scheme."
Rental levels at Deakins Business Park have been set at £12 per square foot, which includes car parking. A special website, www.deakinsbusinesspark.com, has been set up to market the site.
