DRINKERS at a Clayton-le-Moors public house will experience a touch of drama next month when Huddersfield based theatre company Mikron arrive to put on a show.
This will be the second year that performers from the entourage visit the Albion Ale House, Whalley Road, and if last year's performance is any indication there will definitely be a full house.
More than 100 people enjoyed last year's performance which looked at the topical issue of the petrol blockade but this year's comedy Warehouse Hill will focus on the opening of the Huddersfield Tunnel.
Landlord John Burke hopes that this venture, in association with Mid Pennine Arts, will become an annual event and he wants to attract more local talent to perform on a regular basis.
Warehouse Hill begins at 8pm on October 3. Anybody requiring more information can call 01254 238585.
