ADEDICATED committee of dog lovers, including a dog warden, international championship show judge, canine studies student, owners of a boarding and rescue kennels among, others, have put their knowledge and love for dogs together to form Hyndburn Stray Dogs In Need.
The group aims to raise funds for the treatment of injured stray dogs collected by the dog warden.
We believe they deserve a happy home and our funds go directly towards their treatment, rehabilitation and after-care until a suitable family comes forward to give them a fresh start.
We want new members and also urgently require temporary foster homes to care for injured dogs. Donations and fund-raising ideas are always welcome.
We know there are many more people like ourselves who do care and, hopefully, you may be able to help. We look forward to hearing from you.
