A LOVE letter from Elvis, sent in 1958 and swearing undying love for girlfriend Anita Wood, could fetch thousands when it is auctioned at Christies next month.
Written in 1958 from Germany, where he was serving with the US Army, it said: "I haven't dated a single girl since I've been here. Love me, trust me and keep yourself clean and wholesome."
I know it's not much use stuffed away in a box, but how could anyone bear to part with such a wonderful piece of pop history? I couldn't.
