A TALENTED quartet of young musicians from a Lytham school played at a Lady Mayoress of Fylde's "at home" function.
The Mayoress, Katie Fieldhouse, was so impressed by the Lytham St Annes High School pupils' performance at a school concert that she asked them, along with their teacher, to play when she invited ladies of the borough to lunch on September 12.
Vicky Eaton, Laura McKellar, Kelly McKinnon -- all sixth formers -- and Year 11 pupil Keira Renat performed a selection of music ranging from Vivaldi to jazz. Teacher Julie Reeman made up the fifth member of the string quintet.
