THE audience could die laughing at Fylde Coast Players' production of Natural Causes this weekend.
Eric Chappell's highly original comedy thriller is full of murderous intrigue, mistaken identities, hilarious consequences and great laughs.
Celia wants to leave this life and embrace the next and her husband Walter wants to leave Celia and embrace his secretary Angie.
So Walter and Angie call in Vincent -- a professional suicide merchant! And the fun begins.
Directed by Rosemary Roe, Fylde Coast Players have assembled a cast of NODA award winners including Keith Cartmell, Tony Berwick and Carol Jethwa as Walter, Vincent and Celia. In fact the cast's main problems during rehearsals has been keeping their faces straight and not corpsing -- breaking into a fit of giggles.
Natural Causes is at Lowther Gardens Pavilion Theatre until Saturday night (Sep 29) with performances at 7.30pm nightly. Tickets at £5 (£4.50 concessions) are available from the cafe at Lowther Gardens and Lytham and St Annes tourist information offices. Or call (01253) 738518.
