PEOPLE with learning disabilities and looking for work have received a double bonus.
Bury Employment Support and Training (Bury EST) has received £118,000 from the European Social Fund to enable it to grow.
And the newly-extended centre at 24 Ribchester Drive, Bury has been officially opened by Ivan Lewis, MP for Bury South.
Bury EST already supports 70 people in paid work, and the Euro grant will be used to recruit four extra staff to support a new one-year project called "Working Start".
