TEACHERS at Edge End High School, Nelson, decided to close the school this morning after a combination of storm damage and vandalism made parts of the buildings unsafe.
The damage caused meant that last night's heavy rain flooded some of the classrooms at the school.
Staff are hoping that thing will be back to normal by tomorrow.
