A hospital patient from Tyldesley died after receiving a lethal dose of the wrong medication.
The tragic death of 37-year-old divorcee Craig Richardson, of Kershaw Street, happened on New Year's Day at the Royal Bolton Hospital.
An inquest was today told how a nurse gave him the wrong fluid in an intravenous drip -- he died two hours later.
