A DISTRICT judge has dropped all bail conditions against the men charged following the police raid on Lancaster's Warehouse nightclub.
Licensee Mark Harding, who has pleaded not guilty to charges of knowingly allowing the sale and use of drugs on the premises, is now able to return to work at the nightclub on North Road.
Six other men also appeared at Lancaster magistrates facing similar charges and various drugs possession offences. They too were released on unconditional bail.
They were committed to appear at Lancaster Crown Court on November 16.
