PADIHAM hot shot Lee Chambers has made the step up to the UniBond League with Kendal Town.
The 27-year-old striker scored 33 goals in all competitions including 29 in the league for the NWCL Second Division side last season.
It is thought Cumbrian side Kendal, who just avoided relegation from the UniBond First Division last season, offered the 27-year-old a substantial sum to join the club.
Storks manager Graham Howarth said: "We are disappointed to lose Lee but we would never have tried to stand in his way.
"We wish him all the best and I hope he can do as well at that level as he did at this."
