HODDLESDEN poet Pam McKee is currently staging an exhibition at Darwen Library.
National Poetry Week is being celebrated with an exhibition of Pam's work at the library on Knott Street.
The collection features a dozen or so of her own poems, some of which are set alongside photographs taken by her husband Rob.
Also featured are collaborative poems written with author Norman Warwick from Heywood. The collection is called Just Poems -- an echo of the name of Pam's poetry duo performances with Norman.
Pam lives on the moors at Hoddlesden and several of the poems and photographs reflect her love of natural beauty.
She said: "The idea of the exhibition in not only to promote my own work, but to give visitors to the library an opportunity to pause and gaze at some reflections of the landscape around us.
"With Rob's black and white photography to add context and with the performances Norman and I give, including drama, poetry and even song, there should be something for everyone."
The poets will be giving performances of their work at the library on Saturday morning at 9.45am and 10.45am.
