ANOTHER new takeaway is set to open its doors in Blackburn.
This time a planning application has been received for a grocers in Whalley Range to be turned into a hot food takeaway.
Several shops around the town have converted recently while other shop owners are applying for permission to sell hot food as an insurance measure in case their businesses fail.
