BACUP scored the equaliser with just two minutes to go to rob Colne of their fourth away win of the season in NWCL Division Two.
John Lister's men went ahead through a superb goal from Chris Ingham, who sent a glancing header past Bacup keeper Adam Potts from a Ben Callon cross from the right.
Bacup had been on top of the game but had struggled to carve out any real goal-scoring opportunities.
They equalised with two minutes to go through Jason Lanns, who deflected a goal-bound effort from Paul Waine through a crowd of players and into the back of the net.
"I'm not happy," said manager Brent Peters after the game. "There was no talking, no shape and we couldn't pass water in the first half.
"Colne worked hard but that shouldn't have been a problem.
"One or two players decided to go hiding and whether they'd had a hard day at work or whatever it wasn't good enough.
"I'm glad we managed to dig deep for a point but if I was John Lister I would I'd be disappointed not to have got three points."
Colne boss Lister said: "I am disppointed we couldn't hold on. It was poor marking from the corner and when you are one-up you have to be more solid than that at the back.
"The shot took a deflection but that is no excuse."
Bacup, who lost striker Sam Daho after just five minutes, struggled with the final ball into the box and rarely tested Colne keeper Ross Baxter.
Colne had less of the play but carved out more clear-cut opportunties.
RESULT: BACUP...1 COLNE...1
