SCOUTING chiefs from throughout Greater Manchester did not need a compass to find their way to a top level meeting.
For it was staged at Bury Town Hall which welcomed officials to the annual meeting of the Greater Manchester County Scout Association.
The meeting, which was also attended by officials representing England as a whole, considered a host of current Scouting issues.
The Mayor and Mayoress of Bury, Councillor Paul Nesbit and his wife, Shirley, were on hand to welcome the delegates to the AGM.
